KEY FEATURES :-

Double Walled Construction: Made of high-grade stainless steel (SS 304/316) with inner and outer chambers for efficient heat retention and durability.

Food Pedal/Lid and Locking Mechanism: Heavy-duty lid with radial locking system ensures airtight sealing and safe operation.

Safety & Auxiliary Components

Pressure gauge, steam release valve, spring‐loaded safety valve, manual exhaust/steam release cock.
Vacuum breaker to prevent vacuum or negative pressure when cooling.
Water level indicator, drain valve to clean chamber.
Low-water cut-off device to protect heating elements when water is insufficient.

Automatic Pressure Cut-off: Built-in auto cut-off system for maintaining consistent temperature and avoiding overheating.

Gasket and Joint Sealing: High-quality silicone rubber gasket ensures leak-proof performance.

Pressure/Temperature & Sterilization Characteristics: Working pressure: Operates ~15-22 psi for standard sterilizing at ~121 °C. Some models go higher (up to ~30 psi or more) for higher temperature sterilization e.g., 134 °C.
Working temperature: 121 °C is standard for many loads; optional models accept up to ~134°
